Marissa,
I want the option to get rid of not just headers, but also page numbers. I
understand why others want them. I think they're a bother and detract from the
flow of text. I think having them in the daisy tag is good, because
they're there for people when they need to refer to them, but not sticking up
in the way when one does not want to hear them. Pleasure readers' needs are
just as valid as others', and it would be good if those of us
who just want to read the latest mystery or whatever aren't stuck with the
reading of each new page number. Again, I understand why one may need them for
a book club or for college papers etc. But there are an
awful lot of folks who will never need them and an awful lot of books in the
system that are never going to be used for book clubs or college papers. So I
hope you won't force them into our lives if we don't want to
hear them.
