Get rid of the headers and keep the page numbers including fiction. Remember there are some students that may have to do book reports and leaving the page numbers will help them on the page they left off on. For fiction, to me, doesn't matter in the fiction but on non-fiction and text books it would. To make it easier, just strip headers of all books and leave page numbers.

Leave in page numbers. Get rid of headers and footers. I do not care if I have the option or the bookshare folks do it as long as the page numbers absolutely are retained in all formats.

Those of us referring to the book for business or educational reasons need those print page numbers as references for our reports, papers, and so forth.

Hi folks,

Let me clarify this for Monday.

You want to have page numbers in the electronic text of the books you download as well as in the DAISY tags, yes?

What about running headers and footers?

Do you want them always stripped out?

OR

Do you want the option to strip them out via the unpack tool?

No editorializing or funny business, just tell me if I have your requests right.
