You make sense, but the person asked for the book. Who
could possibly validate a 505-book on statistical
reasoning in time for someone to have it for class,
unless the class is in a few months. I suppose the
student felt that she'd rather have the book than pay
for a reader. Presumably the scan is good enough that
she can find it usable--and perfect it as she goes.
