In either Jim F.'s chat or Jake's chat last November, one of them stated the
cost to Bookshare to process a book is about $50 so I would not recommend
approving a fair scan and then submitting a BSO just so the scannor who
submitted a fair quality scan to begin with can have the $2.50 credit.
