I caught the tale end of the Bryce Canyon Star Party. The AA with whom I 
talked, Roy from San Diego AA, said no lasers are allowed there.

Print 1st page of Web site GCSP2006 or make a noticable sign; put on front 
driver deck of your vehicle; tell the gate ranger you are here to put on GCSP 
to get in free. The sign also will allow you to camp in our special area and 
unload/load TSs etc. at the Lodge entrance door. Need constellation talks; need 
afternoon porch presentations. See us BEFORE you view at Cape Royal. We can 
camp for free in the "Horse Camp", a few miles from the Grand Canyon Lodge. 
Turn into Kaibab trail head, use 7870 to open gate at end of p. lot, 1/4 mile 
on dirt road left, 50 yds turn right. Leave gate in state found, locked or not
