Hi all
Something to be wary of is that some management
companies operate via a partnership structure, where
each contractor becomes a partner in a partnership.
This type of arrangement is under scrutiny by the ATO

Obviously it pays to get independent advice from your
accountant/lawyer/clairvoyant before signing up for
anything :-)
