OK, I've now done a tweaked version of the !USBScope program. It can be
found at

The changes are:
1) The settings file now provides a value for the "User's preferred sample
rate". By default this is set to 96k. If the value given is available,
that's what you should get. If not, the program defaults to the 'safe' 48k.
So you should be able to use this value for 192k if you have a suitable
ADC.
2) I've tweaked the dispay so rates above 48k now prompt a scope scale with
0.5ms divisions by default. But as before the +/- keys will alter the
display rate and may mean you don't cover the span with thr 4096 values if
you change this too far.
3) The settings file now includes a 'wait between scans' delay value which
the user can alter as they prefer.
More info in the !Help file. Seems OK here, but I'll be interested to see
if it helps resolve some of the issues people have commented upon.
