It may be possible to massage the existing .ti3 data by way of a spreadsheet - but I think in practice it's going to be more trouble than it's worth. If I were you I'd bite the bullet and take the opportunity to get some more scanning practice with the instrument!

If you still get the "Appear to have read strip XX instead of YY" message for every strip, don't bother to read the entire chart again - because that will indicate that the problem is still present and lies elsewhere.

(Incidentally, if your target spans more than one page, check that all the pages have the same seed number.)
