[argyllcms] cannot get Spyder 1 firmware

I am trying to get the Spyder 1 firmware so that I can calibrate my Mac.
Since Lion is removing PowerPC support, I want a solution that doesn't involve 
me booting into an older OS.  However, even though I have the DLL, a Classic 
library, and a Cocoa bundle, I can't get any one of them to extract the 
firmware.  Help please?
