I see that you are getting more responses now. As far as checking your
rollers, you have to take them off to inspect them and look for signs of
wear and / or dryness (powdery residue).

What density are you using for your fills? For what fabrics? Also, what are
you doing about underlay? I think I saw Cheryl mention the care needed for
hooping knits.
Clearly there are a lot of variables. It can be frustrating at times. Feels
like you're shooting in the dark!

Hi Mary,
Thank you for replying.  None of the other posts seemed to cover exactly 
what's going on here. I'm running into some puckering on most all fabrics, 
designs and lettering-except when sewing on terry towels.

Now I'm making adjustments in density and if that doesn't do it, will loosen

the bobbin a tiny bit as you suggested.  I don't know about my rollers-can 
you tell by looking if they need grease?
