We called Sanmar and are all setup. They were great on the phone. Sounds like
we should get some good prices from them. Catalogs I think they said are $1
plus shipping. If they offer some other catalogs for free plus shipping please
send me the link or catalog name.

'next day' delivery at no extra charge, called a 'zone skip'...Sanmar
offered case pricing no matter how small an order, free freight over

free imprinted catalogs.
So everyone else's catalogs stay in the drawer except for absolute
'got to have this in that color' orders, and customer pays the extra
charges.
