Thanks for the advice, Russell. The only thing that runs on this machine is the Amaya OS software and the software to run the CAD cutter - nothing else. As a Network Administrator in my previous life (or so it seems), I keep my machines locked up tight with anti-virus and anti-spyware programs running constantly. No nasty bugs here! =B~D) Besides, the severe problems with the color display within the OS software lead me to believe that it's something in the OS and not an external issue, although I can't say for sure if they are directly related. I wonder if others exhibit the same problems with the color display inside AmayaOS?? Anyone...? I had that happen to me a couple of times also, if it keeps happening over and over you might have other computer issues that you have to deal with. I had a similar problem with another program and it ended up being a ton of spy ware on the computer making it hang up, removed the spy ware and no more problems.
