Of course these agreements violated the other agreements. These agreements were
operating on the government side of tyranny. In the jurisdicton of United
States Citizens jurisdiction. Which is made up of SELF INTEREST groups and
individuals.
Founding fathers believed that as America goes so goes the world. They created
the greatest experiment on earth. Not only for America but the world.
Most importantly it was about our founding fathers introducing liberty to the
world by the United States of America Constitution. That started the greatest
REVOLUTION or WAR known. A battle "we the people" must fight for everyday. Not
just for our liberty but the world's liberty. Yes, our forefathers had faith in
future generations to keep it alive. A remanant.
The BATTLE was the people choosing self interest against morality of our
conscience.
They believed that the knowledge of the BIBLE/morality and secular education
and love for freedom would make us the greatest nation on earth. If we the
people abandoned that or allow a few in government or above government to
control their great experiment dies.
They believed Self interest was tyranny and not profitable for liberty. They
believed capitalism in checkmate with morality/fairness would prosper mankind
and be blessed by our creator
I apologize for blowing way beyond your question.

Charley,
Is the Treaty of peace being violated today by the international aspect of
the 1817 Government being administered upon us by the Bar, the Crown, and the
Vatican? If so, where does the ToP factor in today?
Was the ToP an agreement between King George and, the united States of
America, the United States of America, the United States, each State, and or
the People of each State, or other?

I agree that one has to be careful using sovereign citizen. The last officer
I encountered. He asked if I was a sovereign citizen and I told him we all
are and then went on to define it. He had no more to say. Take their
definitions away to avoid trouble.
Peace treaty is to be honored but did Congress make it a statue at large? I
do not think so. That makes it an international treaty more than law of the
land. Just an opinion as no experience using it in the court.

Charley, agree with most of what u state herein.
Not with using the term sovereign citizen. The State's definition of SC
appears to lead the state to believe one is an insurrectionist.
Charley, what is ur view of the 1783 Treat of Peace with regard to being a
Founding Document?

All them constitutions which means agreements have little to do with a
sovereign.
Organic law documents are better to study as they are still valid in courts
as a fact.
Declaration of Independence, articles of confederation, northwest
ordinance, and the Constitution of the United States of America. These
documents can be used as a judicial notice which the court cannot debate.
All those agreements or constitutions have nothing to do with you and I.
Why? Because not one of them abolished the agreement of organic law. Just
like the constitution of the United States did not abolish the other
agreements of organic law,a but recognized them. Even UCC 1-103-6 "codes
are complimentary to common law which is still in affect."
Amendments were passed but even like the Fourteenth the court says it did
not change pass agreements but it added a bunch for their side of the
agreement. It's like zip codes. Zip codes have lots of significance if your
in their jurisdiction. Otherwise it means nothing to free people with a
contract called the constitution of the United States of America.
Someone will say it does matter. Just look at a passport. True only because
people do not want to go to court to prove the agreement/constitution is
true and accurate. I'll be doing my passport shortly. I'll fill it out with
a letter attached stating my national position. Will see how it goes. That
will be in their record of my position with that document. I'm a sovereign
citizen. My heritage/parent birthright grants me sovereignty or state
national. The goverment made me a citizen and I get to choose what I'll
participate in and to what extent. The goverment created the definition so
people will not use it as their liberty grants. More importantly understand
we get or can get benefits from both by our liberty. View their policies as
a contract proposed and your going to modify it in court to your liking.
The contract has not yet been agreed to by you till the court decision
settled.
Your jurisdicton allows one to make the rules accordingly and a jury or
grand jury only decides who violated who. If any jury or grand jury thinks
they have greater power. They better think about their authority over
another man and the same can be done to them. That is the same problem with
government.
