Do not get affidavits. Do not use one either. They can’t force you to fill out
form they way they want

Red status in the system itself checked usually by Police. RED: RESTRICTED
DO NOT STOP, DO NOT DETAIN, DO NOT INTERROGATE. LIFE-TIME CONCEALED WEAPONS
PERMIT. White status is code name for same thing. Red is in the system.
Code white is what police say or FBI..yada yada. it says Blank ink on the
form. So do use black ink. Pre fill in with adobe and print it off
Correctly * if its not filled in right. Bye-bye goes your "status- aka State
National" keep in mind it wont say that on the passports face or ID Card.
You never tell them you are a state national when giving them this form, nor
do you bring any affidavit saying such. Do not underline noncitizen or any
such thing on the form. Its about what it comes up in the system that makes
it or breaks it. The red status usually isnt instant even though its
suppose to be. Can take a year or more for it to move over to such.
Theres more than meets the eye here. Contact me for full details. Images
below are examples of what it should look like

J_B, What is the ladder of RED/White status..? to become diplomat. i'd
like to know more..i want to also get my current passport amended.. but its
my only ID..so i don't want to send it in..I have heard one needs to go to
a passport office..to do this.. Denver, LA, Seattle etc..
I would like the directions also.
J_B and Charley,
Also I turned in a Letter to the court clerk here in the city, for my 2
cases..with the short message on it.Article1,8,17 just like was discussed
last week. for my years old 2 court cases and fake Warrants for my traffic
tickets. I took it in Hand Delivered and saw they stamp it and i keep my
own copy.
I over heard the post office passport agent tell a woman to fill out the
passport in black ink only or it would be rejected..It has been awhile
since i looked at the DS-11 .

i guess i should have stated, its about obviously 1st getting the passport
but the most important is what you cant see on the passport. Its all about
the status in the computer one should be concerned with. You want in the
system for it to be a state citizen and eventually, you climb the ladder
of Red/White status in the system and you are then under Diplomatic
Immunity for the most part *depends on the crook who runs your numbers

I've heard it before but I'm an explorer. I try to never walk in the path
others have traveled or myself has gone. I want to know every thing there
is to know. If someone, probably high in government would sit me down and
explain; teach me these things as it would be easier.
Thanks for the warning.
I do know some have written and got it. So they say. What is intresting
is its on your record of communications of the document. Of course most
important thing is still to know how to go to court and they recognize
your state national status. Because I'll not use the passport except as
backup. Not only about educating myself but those on the otherside.
Many of you heard some wild statements from me and is true that I'll do.
If not now eventually because I need to know. My curiosity needs to know.

All them constitutions which means agreements have little to do with a
sovereign.
Organic law documents are better to study as they are still valid in
courts as a fact.
Declaration of Independence, articles of confederation, northwest
ordinance, and the Constitution of the United States of America. These
documents can be used as a judicial notice which the court cannot
debate.
All those agreements or constitutions have nothing to do with you and
I. Why? Because not one of them abolished the agreement of organic law.
Just like the constitution of the United States did not abolish the
other agreements of organic law,a but recognized them. Even UCC 1-103-6
"codes are complimentary to common law which is still in affect."
Amendments were passed but even like the Fourteenth the court says it
did not change pass agreements but it added a bunch for their side of
the agreement. It's like zip codes. Zip codes have lots of significance
if your in their jurisdiction. Otherwise it means nothing to free
people with a contract called the constitution of the United States of
America.
Someone will say it does matter. Just look at a passport. True only
because people do not want to go to court to prove the
agreement/constitution is true and accurate. I'll be doing my passport
shortly. I'll fill it out with a letter attached stating my national
position. Will see how it goes. That will be in their record of my
position with that document. I'm a sovereign citizen. My
heritage/parent birthright grants me sovereignty or state national. The
goverment made me a citizen and I get to choose what I'll participate
in and to what extent. The goverment created the definition so people
will not use it as their liberty grants. More importantly understand we
get or can get benefits from both by our liberty. View their policies
as a contract proposed and your going to modify it in court to your
liking. The contract has not yet been agreed to by you till the court
decision settled.
Your jurisdicton allows one to make the rules accordingly and a jury or
grand jury only decides who violated who. If any jury or grand jury
thinks they have greater power. They better think about their authority
over another man and the same can be done to them. That is the same
problem with government.
