passports face or ID Card. You never tell them you are a state national
when giving them this form, nor do you bring any affidavit saying such. Do
not underline noncitizen or any such thing on the form. Its about what it
comes up in the system that makes it or breaks it. The red status usually
isnt instant even though its suppose to be. Can take a year or more for it
to move over to such. Theres more than meets the eye here. Contact me for

Also I turned in a Letter to the court clerk here in the city, for my 2
cases..with the short message on it.Article1,8,17 just like was discussed
last week. for my years old 2 court cases and fake Warrants for my traffic
tickets. I took it in Hand Delivered and saw they stamp it and i keep my
own copy.
I over heard the post office passport agent tell a woman to fill out the
passport in black ink only or it would be rejected..It has been awhile
since i looked at the DS-11 .

intresting is its on your record of communications of the document. Of
course most important thing is still to know how to go to court and they
recognize your state national status. Because I'll not use the passport
except as backup. Not only about educating myself but those on the
