Hi Sandra,
Talking of Tesco, I just tried to order something from the tescodirect site,
not Tesco.com. Any idea how to change the delivery method? You have
delivery and click collect. But they are just a list of two items, which
are not links. If anyone knows the answer to that, I would be fascinated to
know. You can't even route the mouse and click on the delivery method and
it defaults to click collect. Heck you can't even select your clubcard
vouchers.
What a horrible site, I'm surprised anyone uses Tesco.

Thanks for that. I suppose Tesco will get it fixed when hell freezes over.
They told me they were interested in feedback from customers but I sometimes
wonder if they really have any understanding of what a screen reader is.
Glad it's not Window-'Eyes' fault on this occasion.
