[access-uk] Views on Window-Eyes 9 Beta 2

In short, i don't like Window-Eyes 9 or what I've seen of it so
far. I do truly hope the final release is markedly better or I for
one won't be upgrading. I wonder if the latest JFW addresses the
issues Window-Eyes purports to have resolved.
