Well, I think all my problems have gone away. Once I tapped the button asking
for updates to be notified, the next day the new RNIB reading service appeared,
all I then had to do was give my permission for Dolphin to share that
information with rnib and also to re-enter my password and username, the one
that was already known to them. Everything now seems fine. Thank you for your
patience.
