Could I just add that you can also sign into EasyReader with your Google
account, there is a button that offers you that option.

hello Eleanor,
i'm not sure if you are installing easy reader for the first time or you
have previously installed and registered the older version.
if you already had the easy reader app on your phone and are just updating
it then your old email and password should work, mine still did.
if your installing easy reader for the first time then you have to create a
new account and create an email and password for accessing that easy reader
account.
this could be completely different from your rnib reading services sign in
details, or you could have them the same so you only have to remember the
one password to log into both easy reader and the rnib reading services.
if you create them differently then you need to enter the 2 different
passwords at different stages to sign in successfully to the rnib reading
services account.
you would need to enter the easy reader password when signing into the easy
reader app, and then use the rnib reading services password when accessing
that service from within the easy reader app.
