no NLB is not the rnib reading service.
what you need to check is:
1 go into about and help and make sure you have app version 2.7
if it is then go into manage libraries and make sure the rnib reading service
selection is turned on as you can turn each library on and off in this section.
if you have this version of the app and the rnib reading service is turned on
in the manage libraries then you should be able to sign in ok.
