not sure what version of overdrive you are using then, as have found it very
easy to use this end.
I will say the sound could be better, but that is down to RNIB compressing the
files too much, not overdrive itself.

Overdrive is so fiddly and I never use it since the introduction of
Easyreader. One of the comments I heard was that it is even envisaged that
people might be able to read their RNIB Talking Books via their smart speakers.
For people who aren’t very tech savvy, this would be a great way for them to
access their books.
