I sent an e-mail before 5.00am and had an auto reply saying they would get back 
to me within 48 hours.  I think that is reasonable given that when I phoned the 
Talking Book library 5 times this afternoon and each time got cut off, I then 
phoned the hellpline and was informed that all Talking Book Library staff were 
on training until Friday morning!!! and that was why I had o joy with being put 
through.  Surely they should have left at least one person to man the phone!

  I think they will say they were overwhelmed with the demand as I am still 
waiting for them to get back to me too.  
  I did get a welcome email  which asked me to confirm my home address and that 
I was blind but nothing since I replied just before 4 pm.

    Hi folks,, well spent my £50 for overdrive, what now?I thought perhaps I 
might have gotten a welcome e mail or “getting started” pack? As yet? zilch! am 
I doing something wrong?  also thought I may get user name and password, 
nothing as yet, so how should it work after purchase?
