[access-uk] RNIB Overdrive

Hi folks,, well spent my £50 for overdrive, what now?I thought perhaps I might 
have gotten a welcome e mail or “getting started” pack? As yet? zilch! am I 
doing something wrong?  also thought I may get user name and password, nothing 
as yet, so how should it work after purchase?
