I think you need to open the file rather than save it. This will cause the book to be downloaded to your PC.

I'm having a problem in downloading books on to my PC, which, when I did it
some weeks ago, I was able to zip to Dropbox and read with Voicedream reader
on my iPhone.

I have books on my bookshelf, nbut when I hit the download audio button, and
select save, I'm offered an ODM file. Anyone got any ideas where I'm going
wrong?

I just went onto the site and successfully logged in using Jaws 15 IE 11
and Windows 7 64 bit. I also downloaded a book.
Mind you I believe that there was a large chunk of the previous book I
downloaded missing which is disappointing to say the least.

What set-up are you using and where is the problem occurring?
