Hi Andy, another little tip. For best results before running gain disk space
make sure the recycle bin's empty.
                     John.

  Hi John -

Got there now. I was opening the programme using the desk-top short cut that
it created when it installed, but that gave me very limited access to the
programme. When I look under all programmes instead, I can right arrow to open
the menu list, and see all the things you have been talking about. Looks a very
good utility. I've just independently run a system clean, and it fixed 99
problems that it didn't seem to find when it did it's initial one click
maintenance.

You said you were using the 2010 version. How long is a license valid for
then? And, can it be transferred to a new computer? -

  Andy

Hi Andy, I'm using 2010, but I've tried 2013. Could it be because you're
running Vista? I'm running XP, and on the start menu/programmes there's tune up
utilities, and right arrow takes me to the all functions submenu. Maybe it's
run gain disk space as part of the initial optimisation. Next time you run 1
click maintenance, after it's finished and you get the run maintenance button
click it to run maintenance, then, using your jaws cursor look through the list
of what it's done. If it's run gain disk space it'll say.
                        John.

John - I'm using the latest version of this software [2013] and maybe
it's a
little different if you have an earlier version installed? I can't find
any
of those buttons you talk about -
