Hi Andy. Getting the file to download is a bit of a nightmare, the website could be better designed. To get the party started, go to www.tune-up.com <http://www.tune-up.com>, click on download then under the download language combo is a download link. When the virtual PC cursor is on this link, route JAWS to PC then double left click with the mouse button, that will start the download for you. If you still have any difficulties, Iâll upload the file to my cloud storage service and share the link for all. All the best, Ibrahim. *From:* ANDY COLLINS <mailto:Andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Sent:* Tuesday, October 16, 2012 9:13 PM *To:* access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Subject:* [access-uk] Re: Deleting cookies and temp files Hi John - I'm on the TuneUp software.co.uk website, trying to download TuneUp2013, but the download link doesn't work for me. If I do manage to get it, and having tried before to use CCleaner, and got a bit lost in knowing what it was ok to go ahead and run, is TuneUp more intuative? Can I do any harm with it? - Andy ----- Original Message ----- *From:* john coley <mailto:johncoley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> *To:* access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Sent:* Monday, October 15, 2012 10:04 PM *Subject:* [access-uk] Re: Deleting cookies and temp files Hi Andy, I couldn't answer your exact question re manual removal of cookies and temp files in Vista, but I'd suggest you get a trial of Tune up utilities. If you run that it'll clear out all the rubbish for you. I've looked in the Windows folder at the temp folder, but everything in there looks too important to remove! - Andy
