Hi John - I'm on the TuneUp software.co.uk website, trying to download TuneUp2013, but the download link doesn't work for me. If I do manage to get it, and having tried before to use CCleaner, and got a bit lost in knowing what it was ok to go ahead and run, is TuneUp more intuative? Can I do any harm with it? - Andy ----- Original Message ----- From: john coley To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, October 15, 2012 10:04 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Deleting cookies and temp files Hi Andy, I couldn't answer your exact question re manual removal of cookies and temp files in Vista, but I'd suggest you get a trial of Tune up utilities. If you run that it'll clear out all the rubbish for you. I've looked in the Windows folder at the temp folder, but everything in there looks too important to remove! - Andy
