Hi Andy, I'm using 2010, but I've tried 2013. Could it be because you're
running Vista? I'm running XP, and on the start menu/programmes there's tune up
utilities, and right arrow takes me to the all functions submenu. Maybe it's
run gain disk space as part of the initial optimisation. Next time you run 1
click maintenance, after it's finished and you get the run maintenance button
click it to run maintenance, then, using your jaws cursor look through the list
of what it's done. If it's run gain disk space it'll say.
                    John.

John - I'm using the latest version of this software [2013] and maybe it's a
little different if you have an earlier version installed? I can't find any
of those buttons you talk about -

  Andy
