Hi Jackie,

I understand your reluctance to call BT, but do I understand you to also be
reluctant to communicate with them via twitter? I'm only wanting to clarify
your view as I thought you may have misunderstood my message.

Although I don't have the same problem regarding the spam and trash folders,
as I don't use webmail and have my messages passing through my e-mail
client, as well as the fact I have some residual vision and therefore use
both magnification and a screen-reader in conjunction with each-other, I can
understand why you are having problems with the webmail.
