To be fair,  all BT customers are to blame!
The problem is wel all want, we all demand SERVICE AT A LOW
PRICE, SO WE GET WHAT WE PAY FOR!
if WE WANT  A HIGH LEVEL SERVICE THEN WE NEED TO BE  WILLING TO PAY  HIGH
PRICES.
