Phil,
I use DHL for all my DUD returns. I don't have to pay a pick up charge like I
do with UPS and they are a
few cents cheaper.
If interested, I have to have my sale rep contact you to set up the special
pricing.

Subject: [TechAssist] mailing tuner duds back to Tip-Top

I'm curious...
Last month I was double billed for a Zenith tuner dud that Tip-Top says
he didn't recieve. i don't doubt his honesty, I remember sending it in
the same envelope with even more postage that was used to send it, and I
saw the mailman take it. How do i convince anyone it was sent...
So, another 27.00 visa charge...
Does everyone use the US mail for their dud return?
Any problems with the USPS with dud returns?
I guess I will have to use UPS and pay more so I can track in the future.
