I've been using Tip Top tuner for about two years now. I've never had a problem with them. Maybe I'm just lucky, but since I'm a tv repairman, I doubt that. Good luck and tv repairman don't seem to fit these days. Anyway, I just wanted to say that ALL my dealings with Tip-Top Tuner have been positive.
