Good spin..Steve.
    Insurance Companies tend to cover their rear pretty well.
Case in point...it's illegal to drive without Insurance in Canada, which I'm
sure also refers to the US.
    They charge everyone here $20 for Un-insured Automobile Coverage. This
is charged to you and I who religiously pay their premium on time. This is
to cover the fact that you may be hit by an un-insured driver, to expedite
your claim, while they try to get blood out of a stone. (The un-insured
driver).

It just kills me...;-)
