So true! I don't know why anyone would want to directly expose themselves
to such liability.
No matter if you are an ASC or not.
If anyone doubts this, may i suggest that you look for a local chapter of
SCORE, a not for profit business advisory service run by retired business
people. Have them review your financial and legal exposure issues and
current business practices. It might be an eye-opener.
