My rework of the copy, for fun:

Curious about whether our photography skills fits into your budget? Wishing
you could have us snapping shots at your upcoming wedding?

You can. And you can get a $1,000 discount, too.

How? It's easy. If your wedding is set for an off-peak date, you can save
$1,000 on your wedding photography AND have us be there on your big day,
snapping shots you'll love forever.

Find out if your wedding date is eligible for a discount now.

That's what I'd do. When they click through, you can then have something
that shows them off peak dates, with a "eligible for a $1,000 discount",
and below it have the note about peak dates and their bonus.

Some knowledge for you:

Perceptually, writing out a number in full, with the comma ($1,000), makes
it look like more than when you don't have the comma ($1000). The number is
longer with the comma, and therefore our minds think it's a larger amount.

So use the comma when giving discounts. (For example, "You'll save $2,500
off the regular rate!") Take it out when trying to downplay costs. (For
example, "It'll only cost you $5000.")

See how that works? Even in this email, the $2,500 looks like more money
than the $5000!
