Hi Saeed, Recent intel graphics driver update made this more difficult. Here's how you fix it. Disabling the hot keys used to fix the problem, but now it wouldn't work even though they're disabled. You actually have to change the rotate hot keys to something else and then disable. Also make sure those rotate hot keys are enabled while you change. Change ctrl+alt+down to ctrl+shift+down Change ctrl+alt+up to ctrl+shift+up. Click apply. Then you have to disable the hot keys and then hit apply one more time. This is also the same problem for people who use laptops with intel graphics card including Bootcamp on Macbook. Hope that helps.
