Saeed,

I wonder if the JAWS default keyboard manager configuration has assigned
that keystroke to some other function? Look for it there, or in any
Sibelius-related keyboard manager files and see if you can remove it. But
start with the JAWS default settings in the manager.keyboard

Hay all, specially Dan Rugman,
I connected to my friend's computer via Tandom, and re-installed
Sibelius and Sib-access. Very strangely the problem exists!!! It's
just this keystroke that doesn't work, even with my keyboard via
Tandom, also with an external keyboard.
Please help us. I do not have any idea to try....!!!
Many thanks!!!
Regards,
Saeed
