This keystroke for laptops will rotate the display at 90-degree increments, so possible that now the display is sideways or upside-down. Your friend needs to go to the graphics properties of the display (from the desktop) and disable the hotkey to do that rotation. I'll see if I can find the tips & tricks file on this topic. A friend of mine has recently got a new laptop and installed sib-access on it. The plug-in is running normally, as it's announced by testing, but just one keystroke does not work, which is alt+control+up/down arrow to navigate between staves. What do you advice to resolve this strange problem? Thanks so much in advance!
