Dave, Both are using keyboard desktop layout. I had thaught about it before. If you remember, in one of my previous emails I had said that it doesn't seem to be even keyboard hardware problem. He tried with an external keyboard. Also when I connect with his machine via Tandom, it's the same, although my keyboard works properly. I have to add that this keystroke (alt+control+up/down arrow) works properly in internet browser on a table to navigate through the rows. Thanks for your concern!
