Vulture Peak, a BLM maintained park that's about the same sky glow wise as Flatiron except that the peak is to the east which helps to block out some of the glow. Sometimes there are snowbirds parked near the paved road, but they've never been a problem. There are hikers and off roaders there during the day, but they are usually leaving when I get there. There aren't any artificial light sources in sight except for the occasional headlight flash from Vulture Mine road about a mile to the west and given that this is on BLM land it's not likely that it will get developed soon. The spot is basically a pea gravel parking lot that can accommodate 12 - 20 or so vehicles. There are a some other open spots nearby if extra parking is needed.
