The cursor will be there and you can interact the world with faceing the
thing you will interact. but having a viseble cursor all the time?? Maby
you can get it viseble as an option.
 
It would be a key to unlock the movment cursor and make it a inventory
and UI tool.

I think we have some misunderstanding here. 
Do we need cursor simply to set a rotation, etc? 
I think we need it for other purposes - like interacting with
environment, 
choosing options, getting info, etc?
