To use the words from an Anastasia song freely: I'm sick and tired of people being sick and tired. I like this mailing list. It's fun to see the questions and the answers. Not every subject interests me (making paper emulsions to name one), but I just skip over them. That's easy enough. Other subject have been discussed before. So what? New people on the list may ask old questions. Many times they have a new twist or generate new answers. Even the most experienced can learn from the least experienced by listening to their questions. Everything else is pure arrogance. As far as I'm concerned. Feel free to ask and answer as long as everyone is being polite and has respect for each other. Drag it out as long as it stays on the subject of silver-based photography. If you get tired of it, skip 'em and go on to the next or create your own. Don't ever let someone shut you up or intimidate you as long as you adhere to the rules. If they are bored or not interested, they may chose leave. That would be nothing but polite. Regards Ralph W.
