Hi Justin,

Usually, you split the dry and wet sides and keep them separate.
My enlargers are on a pretty normal table, something that doesn't vibrate to 
much.

The wet side is basically a large sink.

I've built most of the things because I can make them the way I want and the 
cost is much lower.

A good book with lots of different setups, including several fitting very small 
rooms, that may help design yours:
