This is a standard SCUBA tank fitted with a regulator that still works
but can no longer be safely used for diving and an extra long hose.
The best bet is try and get a used training tank and regulator at a
local shop and have them fit the longer hose and blower fitting on it.

SCUBA air is both dry AND clean - it has to be or divers would die
from the impurities in the air as they descended - and thus a much,
much better choice than an air compressor. However - any good shop
will refuse to sell you air refills unless you are a certified diver
AND you must do both annual tank inspections and a hydrostatic tank
test every five years (tanks holding 3000 psi become guided missiles
when they crack open). I am a certified PADI Divemaster so they'll
sell me all the air I want so long as I keep the tank inspections
up-to-date. I really like it - a full tank lasts me well over a year.
