I'd be interested in all of the above information as I'm thinking about
replacing my ptr1. Over and over CD's have been corrupted in the middle of
recording, and I keep losing really good material that way. Is anyone else
having this problem?

More than one of us would like this information.
I'd also like to know if I can make plain mp3 recordings on
the plextalk-pocket.
Can I cut them in the plex-pocket and track them out as I am used to
doing with the plextalk 2? Except in the plex2, I cannot cut apart
a long file into mp3s.
Can that be done on the pocket?
