With us changing the the text to mention having an Eye of Lhaz, are
you suggesting that we have a footnote as well? We haven't been in the
habit of reminding players about items that should be recorded on
their Action Chart, so what would the footnote say?

I agree with John here. The purpose of the list was to limit the
Special Items that you could carry over to the Grand Master series,
not remind you what you might have picked up along the way.
