I grabbed some rudimentary placeholder scans for books 2-4, the rough
illustrations for book 1 were already done when I first joined the team.
Ideally the illustrations for all four books need redoing for clarity.

No offense to the person who converted the scanned images for Highway
Holocaust (to be honest, I've lost track of who it was - we need to
update the acknowledgements): I've noticed that the image quality is
somewhat lacking, the main problem being that they are B&W rather than
greyscale.
If the original scans are available somewhere, I can take some time to
try my hand at it.
