Not really true at least with VS or a few other platforms; you can
quickly create GUI's using the full keyboard access support, custom
screen reader scripts, or just rolling up xml (i.e. in WPF, Android,
etc).  As a developer, it's our job to create the tools if they don't
exist; so, let's create them.  That's kind of the beauty of
development, you can make it happen.
