Cristy,
    You are good to go as long as you have the patch for this particular 
vulnerability installed.  The KB number for the one you need varies 
depending on the OS and version of IE currently installed.  To see which one 
you should look for in that "$hf_mig$" folder, go to the site below and 
click on the link for your combo of OS & IE.  If your combo is not listed, 
let us know.
