You're talking to the wrong person or using the wrong tone. Myself and
many others have gotten the CD's ranging from free to about 6 dollars.
Their website was no help. I had to spring for a phone call.
On 8/4/2003 at 1:48 PM a whisper was heard, and the one known as David
Weaver was rumoured to have uttered....

| It's not something they advertise or give out easily. I

| law, they have to offer them and can only charge for
| processing,
| shipping and handling. HP sent mine for two computers here
| free. You
| need to tell them that without a restore disk, if you have a
| hard drive
| failure that you can't use the operating system that you paid
| for with
| the computer. You
| *can't* do it online. You have to call their help and support
| number.
